my weekend in Adelaide

Hello everyone

I am going to tell you about my last weekend. I was upset myself because I woke up late and I did not join in the Free Conversation Class at the State Library which I always do it every Saturday. On Sunday I went to Thai temple with my Thai friends in Adelaide because it is important days of Buddhism which are Asanha Puja Day (29th July) and Buddhist Lent Day (30th July). Buddhists will go to temple and offer foods to monks and present some candles to the monks because after this day, all of monks can not go outside the temple for three months until the Lent is over. As for me, I gave some foods and lights to the monks because the monks need the lights more than candles. After that I came back my place and did my oral presentation.

My favorite series movie on television in Adelaide

Hello everyone

I would like to tell you about my favorite series movie on television in Adelaide. I always watch CSI – Crime Scene Investigation- every Sunday on channel 9 because I really like an investigative story. First of all, the CSI is very fascinating movie when a team of detectives can proof someone who was a murderer. The team of detectives tries to investigate for the truth and search for the evidences of the murder. They always think of the reason and how to do the murder and discuss together. Moreover, they are observing for everything that can be evidence to proof a murderer. I would say that if I were detective, I would like to investigate as a team of detectives in the CSI.

The place in my country that I will introduce you

Hello everyone

If you visited my hometown, the place I would take you to is Phuket Island. It is located in South of Thailand and is very far from Bangkok, the capital of Thailand, so I will take you by plane, about one hour. We will spend about three days there when we arrive there we can hire a car to go anywhere in Phuket.

Phuket is a place that I like the most and I would like you to visit it. There are many wonderful veaches. The beaches are very clean and safe. We will enjoy to lying on the beach, swiming in the sea and listening the sound of the waves and we will stay in a wonderful resort from which you will see beautiful sea views. Moreover we can eat a lot of fresh and delicuous seafood at a perfect price.

On the last day, I will take you to the lookout point in Phuket you will see a panorama view of the Phuket city and we will go to see the sunset at Phomthap cape.

I hope you will enjoy this trip.
I attached two Phuket pictures to see before.

Last weekend I went to the State Library to join in the Conversation Class. The teacher let me introduce myself because it was my first time in the class on Saturday. She taught new words about clothes and talked about topics from the newspaper. I saw some friends from GERP 3 who also joined in the Conversation Class and said hello to them.
After class I went to a Thai restuarant to eat Thai food with my Thai friends. Then we went shopping in Randel Mall. On Sunday, I just stayed at my place to watch TV, DVD, read a book, do my homework and cook food for dinner.
I feel happy to join in the Conversation Class I leant some new words and had a chance to speak English.

My holiday

Hi everyone
I am telling about my holiday where I went and what I did during my long holiday.
I went to the State Library to join in English Language Listening besides watching TV and listening to radio at my place. I joined in the Conversation Class and Conversation on the Move. In class, the teacher got me to introduce my myself and talk about topics in the newspaper and I had to tell some stories from a picture from my imagination. Moreover, they took me to the South Australia Museum to tell us about the historical building and the galleries such as Origin Energy Fossils Gallery, Ancient Egypt and other Gallery so I got more information from them.
I went to Tandanya-it is a Aboriginal Australia Art & Culture Centre-. I visited an art gallery, Aboriginal products and souvenir shop. I think the Aboriginal Art is very fascinating.
The next day, I went toTea Tree Plaza which is a large shopping centre. The road to get there was very strange for me.The bus runs on the track which makes the bus run faster than on the road.
On Sunday I went Thai temple with my relatives to offer food to the monk. I cooked Thai food with some ingredients which I bought from the Chinese shop at Central Market.
I had many new experiences in my holiday. I still feel excited about many things and feel good about joining in ELLIS because I can pratice my listening and learning new words. I hope that I also have a chance to see other cities in Australia to keep it in my memory.

See you
